Renovation Project at the UTH Women and Newborn Hospital Women’s Shelter
Trade Kings Foundation proudly announces the completion of the renovation project at the UTH Women and Newborn Hospital Women’s Shelter, a national referral hospital in Zambia. Initiated in 2017, this project marks the inaugural endeavour of the Trade Kings Foundation, which aims to address critical healthcare challenges faced by mothers and newborns in the region. It was attended by PS. Administration, Prof. Christopher Simoonga, and Women and Newborn SMS, Dr. Mundia Munalula.
Partnership With the Ministry of Health to Fight Against the Spread of Cholera
As the number of cholera-infected patients rises, the Trade Kings Foundation has partnered with the Ministry of Health to fight the spread of cholera by donating hygiene items to the value of ZMK 2.5 million.
Donated to the Levy Mwanawasa Hospital for Women and Newborn
Through the Trade Kings Foundation, the Trade Kings Group donated to the Levy Mwanawasa Hospital for Women and Newborn, ahead of this year’s Mother’s Day commemoration. Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital, situated along the Great East Road, Chainama Hills Area in Lusaka, is an amalgamation of four premier health institutions: LMUTH, Chainama College of Health Sciences, Dental Training School, and Chainama Hills Hospital.

The Vice President expressed gratitude for the support and noted Trade Kings’ previous contributions during the cholera disaster and COVID-19 pandemic.
